Hi, I am your friendly neighborhood caterer Coyote.
I have been in the kitchen learning from an unbroken line of make-it-from-scratch cooks since I was a child.
I have had two decades of experience cooking for family, parties, special events, classes, & massive gatherings in every conceivable setting from Burning Man to big-city protests & traveling bike tours to backwoods campouts.
Whatever your event, setting or dietary needs are; I will make your vision a reality.

Made-from-Scratch

My focus is on made-from-scratch homestyle catering that can be tailored to a broad variety of dietary realities. I am experienced cooking paleo, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nightshade-free, nut-free, dairy-free & more.

Ethical Sourcing

I never use cisco foods, as much as possible sourcing local or organic ingredients & always ethically sourced meats. I utelize local farmers & produce markets with an eye to seasonal menus.

Variety

I cater anything from afternoon luncheons to weeks-long retreats. Fluent in a variety of cuisines I can provide buffets, multicourse sit-down meals, hors d’ouevres, charcutterie boards, beverages & desserts.

Any Setting

Unlike most caterers I thrive working in a variety of outdoor, off-grid, remote & rustic settings so you can enjoy the deliciousness of good homecooked meals no matter where your event is being held.

I offer my catering services on a sliding scale basis to stay accessible for non-profits and folks who have limited budgets.
My scale starts at $30/hr for remote consultations with market value for many of my services being 2-3x higher then that. With this in mind please pay what you can.
In-person catering services are by quote.

Before the weekend all participants were asked about their dietary needs and preferences, which set my expectations high. To be honest on the first day when I saw the makeshift outdoor kitchen my expectations dropped. But then the first meal appeared and I was blown away. Over the course of the weekend every meal was a revelation - especially the desserts. Coyote managed the entire weekend without showing a single drop of stress, just good food made with skill and love. I was so inspired by their work that I reached out for help with my own event. Coyote is an inspiration in all they do and clearly a master planner and organizer. I trust her 100%.
